This policy explains what information Ironhaven Group ("we," "us") collects through ironhavengroup.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you RSVP for an event, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and the number of people in your group. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information to manage event RSVPs, send event details and updates, and respond to your messages. If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send them.

Text messaging

We send text messages only to people who opt in. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone except the service providers we use to send the messages. See our Terms for how to opt out.

Who handles your information

We use service providers to run the site and our communications, including our form provider (Jotform), our text messaging provider, our website host (Cloudflare), and Google for fonts and email. These providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep RSVP and contact information for as long as we need it to run events and communicate with you. To ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you, email donovan@ironhavengroup.co.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
